Wine review

2004 - Shiraz

The wine has intense colours of purples, black and ruby.

It has aromas of berry, spice and pepper.

It tastes of black cherry and raspberry with delicious spicy undertones and a long lingering peppery finish.

Soft, silky tannins leave an elegant, dry and sweet aftertaste.

2004 - Cabernet Sauvignon

The wine has intense purple and ruby colours.

It has aromas of berries, spice and capsicum.

It tastes like a rich, brandied fruitcake.

The finish is long with dry, soft tannins and great persistence of flavour.

And what others are saying:

"From Blue Mountain country in NSW, this is aromatic, savory and cedery, with silky tannins, aromatic spices and rich fruit on the chocolatey finish."
